Shipping Policy


Thank you for your order! Please allow ten-business days after purchase to receive your items. This time frame is estimated based on the processing of orders (3-5 business days) PLUS ground shipping (5-10 business days). PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAY SEASON.

Merchandise shipped via UPS. 

1. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. 

2. Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday-Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

3. If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact UPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of UPS. It is the responsibility of UPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. If you have questions about shipping and delivery please send an email to


4. Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. Be mindful P.O. Boxes and mail pick up stations may not accept package sizing and may return item to sender. 

5. In the event that your order is returned to us (sender) as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
